 For now, we can reveal that our target pricing for Visual3D.NET is the following:

1. For Indies and Hobbyists, the target price is $195/seat license.  Annual renewal is $95/year.
2. For  Students, the target price is $95/seat license.  Annual renewal is $75/year.
3. Each seat license includes a 12 month subscription for free product updates, including major upgrades. 

For both license types, each seat license can be used for an unlimited number of titles royalty free.  These licenses are non-transferrable.

More will be posted later about Professional and Enterprise Editions.

For Indies, Hobbyists and Students, Beta releases are free to use.  These are target prices only.  Prices may change.
