Troubleshooting FAQ

If you encounter any issues, please review this list for a known solutions or workarounds. If your issue is not described here, please post on the Bugs or Help / Getting Started forum, so that a Realmware developer or community member will assist in troubleshooting.  Once a solution or workaround has been found, or the the issue is confirmed as a known bug, then either list the problem here (with solution, workaround, or description as a known bug).  Realmware developers, beta testers, and moderators should also add entries here as issues are addressed.

1. Trying to start "My World" yields Error: "My World: [ERROR] Unhandled Exception - Fatal!"
   Solution: Uninstall and Re-install Visual3D.NET release, and see if this fixes it (if often does).
